Cloud Security Engineering, Automation & Maintenance

Control access. Give alerts an owner.

See who can do what, tighten the access that matters and give security signals a responsible owner. Build a foundation your team can keep in shape.

No one-size-fits-all price. Scope, deliverables and cost are agreed in writing.

Is this your team?

Made for teams like yours.

For businesses running on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud that need a clearer grip on identities, permissions and security operations.

  • Your cloud has grown faster than your overview of accounts, roles and privileged access.
  • You handle sensitive information and need a focused review of identities and selected resources.
  • Your team needs practical security checks and maintenance with defined responsibilities.

What changes for you

Who still has admin access? Which alert matters? Cloud security gets easier to manage when those answers are clear.

A scoped IAM and security foundation with reviewed permissions, audit visibility and a practical treatment plan. Changes are tested and approved before activation.

Scope first. Useful work next.

The value, in plain English

A cloud security assessment starts with who can do what, and whether the team can see it. A cloud IAM review and privileged access review help turn unexplained permissions into a manageable foundation. We select one provider, agree authorised changes and hand over a treatment plan.

  1. Pick the account and the important identities

Choose Azure security consulting, AWS security consulting or Google Cloud security consulting for one subscription, account or project. The foundation covers up to ten identities and ten selected resources.

  2. Review permissions and security signals

Agree the provider-specific access checks, a cloud MFA baseline, cloud audit logging setup and up to five cloud security alert rules. Licensing and permitted changes are confirmed before implementation.

  3. Leave an operable foundation

Test and approve changes before activation. A cloud emergency access procedure and cloud backup and recovery review address the agreed recovery questions, with ownership and handover documented.

Where this earns its place

Illustrative use cases. The actual work and acceptance checks are agreed in your proposal.

An administrator role has become the default

A privileged access review identifies standing privileges and their owners. Appropriate elevation controls and a tested emergency-access path can be considered in the agreed provider.

The alert exists but nobody owns the next step

Cloud security alert rules route selected signals to a designated person. The scope defines which signals are reviewed and what a responsible follow-up looks like.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

What our methodology delivers

“We brought SundAIbot in to evaluate our internal AI assistants before a full company rollout. They didn't just perform a high-level compliance check; they went over all the software in our different development labs and verified our system's capabilities with a series of highly difficult stress tests. Having a true professional who fully masters the complex material and leaves no stone unturned gave us the confidence to deploy securely.”

Kim JensenCTONordic Cyber Denmark

“Navigating the requirements of the EU AI Act felt overwhelming until we engaged SundAI for a Decision Review. In a very short time, they mapped out our exact risk profile and provided a concise, actionable roadmap. It transformed a complex regulatory bottleneck into a clear and manageable process for our entire management team.”

Jevgeni LommaChief Compliance OfficerEASQ, Tallinn, Estonia

“The AI Literacy Workshop was exactly what our organization needed to bridge the gap between innovation and security. The session was practical, human-centered, and tailored to the actual tools our employees use daily. Our team now has the practical skills and the critical judgment required to use AI responsibly and spot potential data risks.”

Director of InnovationNANO Gentofte, Denmark

“Partnering with SundAI has allowed us to offer top-tier AI governance and security audits to our enterprise clients. Their deep understanding of both the technical architecture and the European regulatory landscape makes them an incredibly reliable and seamless extension of our own advisory team.”

Deliverables

  • Permission map and least-privilege review for selected identities and resources, including workload identities and secrets within scope.
  • MFA and privileged-access baseline subject to licensing, audit logging and up to five alert rules.
  • Emergency-access procedure, scoped backup/recovery configuration review, treatment plan, documentation and handover.
Package scope
Cloud IAM & Security Foundation: one subscription, account or project, up to ten identities and up to ten selected resources. Provider, licensing, authorised changes and acceptance criteria are agreed in advance.
What your team provides
Provide authorised access, a reliable asset inventory and a change approver. Confirm licensing, emergency contacts and recovery requirements. Approve tested changes and retain ownership of ongoing cloud operations.
Outside the package
A complete SOC and organisation-wide infrastructure coverage are excluded. Multi-cloud, wider migrations and incident-response retainers need separate scope. No 24/7 SOC, emergency availability or response-time SLA is promised by this package.

Acceptance examples to discuss

Illustrative checks for negotiation. These are not completed test results, new contractual promises or additions to the package. The written proposal defines the actual acceptance criteria.

  • An agreed role change is checked for authorised access and excessive permissions before approved activation.
  • An agreed test event reaches the designated audit log or alert route; emergency-access instructions identify ownership and approval.

Q&A

Good questions. Straight answers.

Which Azure controls can you review?

A Microsoft Entra ID security review and Azure RBAC permissions review can examine agreed identities and resources. A Conditional Access baseline or Microsoft Entra PIM configuration review depends on licences, authorised changes and the selected scope.

Which AWS controls can you review?

An AWS IAM policy review looks at agreed policies and roles. An AWS IAM Identity Center review can examine workforce access within scope. STS and permission boundaries are considered where relevant; your team approves changes before activation.

Which Google Cloud controls can you review?

A Google Cloud IAM policy review can examine selected roles, bindings and conditions. A Google Cloud Privileged Access Manager review addresses agreed privileged-access controls. PIM and PAM are privilege-management services, not alternative names for RBAC.

What is included in monthly cloud security maintenance?

Monthly cloud security maintenance is a separately agreed service: scheduled permission and configuration checks, alert review, small changes and a report, within up to six working hours per month against an agreed backlog. Extra work requires an approved extension.

Does the package include emergency incident response?

No default on-call cover or 24/7 SOC is included. Initial evidence collection or specialist handoff may be agreed subject to availability. A response-time commitment needs suitable staffing, a separate on-call agreement and an SLA.

What access and decisions do you need from us?

Provide authorised access, an accurate asset inventory, a technical owner and a change approver. Agree licences, emergency contacts and recovery requirements. We scope the cloud IAM review and acceptance checks before work starts.
