Junior collaborators
- AI Automation & LLM Integration Developer
- Cloud IAM / DevSecOps Engineer
- Threat Intelligence / OSINT & Security Testing Analyst
We review projects, judgement, documentation and delivery capability. CTIA and ECDE are relevant training paths; equivalent experience is welcome. These are recruitment goals, not six people already hired. Senior review is required for junior delivery. Privacy, AI QA, identity, detection and incident response specialists can complement a project when needed.
An upfront commission. A firm ceiling.
Our platform commission is agreed upfront for each engagement and never exceeds 12.5% of the agreed net service revenue. The rate depends on the collaboration model, verified experience and scope.
Commission forms part of the total service price. Its basis is service revenue actually received after discounts and refunds, excluding VAT and pass-through third-party expenses. There are no additional platform fees above the ceiling. Agreements define who pays, payment dates, ownership, confidentiality and responsibilities. A team project has an explicit allocation; 87.5% is not promised to every participant. No volume of work, employment, income or acceptance is guaranteed.
