Scope & commercial terms

The launch period runs from 12 October through 12 December 2026, ending at 23:59:59 Europe/Copenhagen. Eligibility requires a scope and service order approved in writing during that period. Booking a call alone does not qualify. Delivery may take place later by agreement. Monthly services receive the launch price for the first two billing cycles only, then revert to the stated standard price.

Cloud, LLM/API, messaging and third-party licence costs outside the package are disclosed before work with a budget or cap. Intellectual property, third-party rights, handover and support are defined in the agreement. A longer-than-estimated implementation does not increase the fixed price; scope changes require agreement.

Choose three eligible project packages. The lowest-priced package is included. Standard package prices apply; the bundle does not stack with the 20% launch offer unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Monthly care, CISO/DPO, training, third-party costs and exceptional work are excluded. Scope, delivery capacity and contributor costs are agreed before acceptance.

DPO appointments, full ISO implementation, organisation-wide red teaming, multi-cloud and complex projects receive a fixed quote after the fit call. Fractional CISO is subject to a qualified lead and an agreed mandate; DPO eligibility, independence and conflicts are assessed separately.

Readiness advice is not ISO certification, legal advice or a SOC 2 assurance report. Penetration testing requires written authorisation and Rules of Engagement. We do not offer an unstaffed 24/7 SOC. Data regions, subprocessors, retention and access controls are agreed for each solution.
